			<title>Recycling ... Kentucky Style</title>

			<description>

			I built a small sailboat (index.php?option=com_content task=view id=98 Itemid=5).

			 And then, the bottom of the sailboat rotted away because I had used the cheapest materials I could find. After removing the plywood from the bottom, I discovered the rot had creeped up into the transom, and was prepared to scuttle the vessel.

			 Instead of converting the little boat into kindling for campfires, I remodeled it as a kitty condo. I removed all the marine hardware, sawed it in two, then stacked the bow into the cockpit. The kitties climb on some carpet scraps I added. Here Claws is checking out the bow of the boat -- now the balcony of the condo.

See webcams at Moors Resort (http://www.moorsresort.com/) website for views of the lake. According to TVA (http://www.tva.com/river/lakeinfo/op_guides/kentucky.htm), the lake level peaked this morning. I wonder how long it will take to push the muddy waters outta here?
